Norman Blake is a modern American bluegrass musician. He is mainly a guitarist but also sings and plays mandolin and fiddle. Has made many records, most with his wife and other bluegrass players. Whiskey Before Breakfast on Rounder is just guitar with some vocals. Probably the best record to get first would be Fields of Novemeber, the CD has two complete records on it - Fields of November and Old and New - and has a wide variety of songs.
