Could be called the father of rock and roll (introducing "straight eighths"). Over 70 years old, he's still touring. The CD to get is called The Great Twenty-Eight. Originally issued by Chess in 1982 as a double-LP, this essential CD has his "best" 28 songs. There is also a cool documentary about him - Chuck Berry Hail! Hail! Rock 'n' Roll.
